2 Dimensional Art
Two dimensional art like watercolor, pastel, ink, charcoal and colored pencil need to be displayed under glass to protect them. We carry several types of UV protective glass as well as plexiglass which will show off your art all the while keeping it protected! Art may be matted to enhance the look, or we can use spacers if you want the full piece to show as in a poster. Art should never touch the glass that it is framed under as this can deteriorate it over time. Having the “breathing room” between the art and glass allows for condensation and also for changes in expansion and contraction resulting from temperature changes.
Poster Framing Starting at Just $59!
Some of our favorite memories are printed in poster format. Museum trips, sports events and more. Framing a simple poster starts at $59 for metal and $79 for wood mouldings, with several framing choices. (up to 20″ x 30″)
Photographs
Frame your cherished photographs under UV protected glass so they will last through generations to come. We can create a special design to show off your photos so that you can enjoy them every day in your home.

Acrylic and Oil Pantings
Because of the nature of oil and acrylic paintings having texture, it is advised that they be framed without glass. This allows the art to be dusted gently (without any cleaning products) to keep it safe from contaminants in the environment.
For a traditional look, oil and acrylic can be framed with single, double or even trip wooden frame. The addition of a liner (a cloth covered frame) can also enhance the look and size of the art.
Another choice for a classic look is to use two or more frames or add a fillet to enhance the work. You can choose several frames in various sizes to enhance your canvas work. This is similar to the idea of adding more than one mat to a watercolor or pastel.
For a more contemporary look float frames are a good choice as they really show off the art and offer a minimal clean line around the edge.
This blue glossy moulding on the seascape is from the “Lollipop” line and comes in a variety of bright fun colors. It makes the ocean colors really pop!

Shadow Boxes
Shadow boxes are a beautiful way to show off a collection or memorabilia of family treasures. They can be several inches deep to house needlework, coin collections, sports jerseys or baseballs or footballs for example. They can be matted or unmatted…the choice is yours.
